atrexx' Certified Quality Management System

atrexx has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 which has been certified by DQS and IQNet.

Quality - especially the quality of processes and results - is and will continue to be an essential competitive factor, if not the most decisive one.  Therefore, in the year 2008, atrexx has introduced a Quality Management System (QMS) according to the international authoritative standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. This QMS has been certified by DQS (Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen) and IQNet, the International Certification Network.

Audits by DQS in 2009 and then again in 2010, documented in reports, have verified that the Quality Management System fulfills the requirements of the updated standard ISO 9001:2008.  The QMS will continued to be audited at least once per year by an external auditor.

atrexx' Quality Management System Manual

 

The QMS Manual addresses each one of the paragraphs of the applicable ISO 9001:2008  that atrexx has been registered against.  Each area includes, at a minimum, three parts: Scope, Policy and Responsibilities. The Scope portion states the purpose of the covered area. The Policy portion states atrexx' company policy regarding the applicable ISO clause. The Responsibility portion states who, in generic titles or positions, is responsible for the policy.
