After the transaction has been fully processed you will be notified by e-mail and receive a commissioning form. Please have the exact geographical co-ordinates of the remote site ready: Longitude and Latitude with 2 decimals.

During normal office hours, processing takes about one hour. On weekends and holidays please allow 24 hours for the transaction to be processed.

Note: In case atrexx would not be entitled to activate your terminal, due to a former service provider not releasing the terminal, you will be soonest informed by e-mail and your payment will be fully refunded through PayPal.
