• Technical Platform
  The DVB-RCS like services are based on cost-effective LinkStar™ terminals from ViaSat. Advantages include the ability to share the satellite bandwidth among several or many terminals - both in the upstream (forward channel) and in the downstream (return channel). The shared bandwidth allow different service classes, targeted at diverse user groups.
• Bandwidth
  The service provides a bandwidth with up to 1024 kbps for download and 512kbps for upload. These data rates are contented with a sharing factor of 25:1 over the statistics of the day.
• Data Volume
  The service is volume limited to a total of 4 GByte per year. Additional volume can ordered as needed in packages of 16 GByte.
• Contract Conditions
  12 month contract with fixed allowance of data volume. Unused data volume will not refunded.
• Availability
  The service provides "always on" functionality at a yearly availability of 99.7%.
• IP Network
  One fixed IP address for customer equipment will be provided, optionally as a public IP.
